I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything on here. That does not mean I haven’t been busy working, shooting and adjusting to a new home, new marriage and new happiness! I have also found another creative outlet for my photography…shooting beautiful Southern California homes like the one below. I must admit I didn’t come to real estate photography on my own. My son started his real estate journey last year (at just nineteen years old) and inspired me to want to help him with his listing photos. It’s definitely a new type of photography challenge. On this year long exploration of homes I have found that I enjoy shooting the special little details every home has to offer.
This home below has some really nice features (too many to post). It has a huge side driveway in addition to the main one in front. The side driveway would be perfect for a boat, motor home or even several extra cars.
The view from the backyard and two story deck is simply breathtaking.
The backyard is ready for entertaining. I personally adore the spiral staircase leading up to the deck.
Who wouldn’t want a bright and light kitchen like this one?
From the giant mud room which doubles as an office space to the enormous den with custom enclosed wet bar to the beautiful and classy chandelier…this house has it all!
But…I will admit that the details are what I live for. Check out this unique stained glass window in one of the five bedrooms.
There is also custom woodworking throughout the bright and light bathrooms.
This home is already in escrow, but my son would love to find you an EPIC home to call your own!
You can find him here.
