Breaded Baked Chicken with a BBQ Ranch Drizzle

To make my Breaded Baked Chicken-
Use the following:
Seasoned Beaten Eggs (2-3)
Seasoned Bread Crumbs (1/2 cup, I season my own)
Panko Bread Crumbs (1/2 to 3/4 cup)
Parmesan Cheese (Freshly grated-1 cup)
Flour (3/4 cup)
1 Package Thin Chicken Breasts or Tenders
Preheat oven to 400. Place eggs, flour & bread crumbs into separate shallow dishes. Add parmesan cheese to the bread crumb mixture. Toss with fingers until well mixed. Season chicken with salt, pepper & one other of your favorite chicken dry seasonings. Dip chicken in the seasoned flour (only lightly coating it). Dip chicken in the seasoned & beaten eggs. Lay chicken on top of bread crumb mixture and fold bread crumb mixture over it until coated (lightly pressing the coating onto the chicken). Flip gently and do the same to the other side. Use your fingers for this and repeat process with each piece of chicken. Place coated chicken pieces on a greased baking dish.
Cook uncovered for approximately 30 minutes (if using tenders or thin chicken). I flip mine once so that both sides are a bit crunchy.
Make any of your favorite dipping sauces or buy your favorite pre-made one and have at it! Very moist and very delicious.
